He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Watson and Ruth Margaret Milligan Sanford. He is survived by: his brother Robert L. Sanford (Donna) of Whitinsville, Massachusetts; his nieces, Amanda "Amy" Sanford of Whitinsville and Massachussetts (Andrea Lachapelle); his great-niece Emma; and his great-nephews, Jake, Joel and Evan Lachapelle.
