Spencer of Caldwell, Ohio, born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Spencer and Barbara Nicolino (Loos). He is survived by: his children, Ashley Spencer of Cambridge, OH, Brook Loy (Joshua) of New Martinsville, WV and Todd Spencer of Cambridge, OH; his siblings, Michael Spencer (Victoria) of Florida and Wendi Zielecki (John) of Pennsylvania; and his half-brother Thadeus Spencer of Cambridge, OH.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
