He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew James and Arnetta Mae Foreman Sholtis; his grandson Brandon James Sholtis; his sister Sue Killian; and his nephew Dwight Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Williams Sholtis; his sons, James R. Sholtis (Sheila) of Caldwell and Anthony B. Sholtis of Sarahsville; his grandchildren, Ashley McLean (Josh), Eric Sholits (Amber), Heath Sholtis (Hannah), Sierra Giesey (Cole), Josh Sholtis (Dani), Dakota Ginn (Lydia), Karyssa Miller (Brent) and Deryk Ginn (Shasta Roberts); and his brother Robert Sholtis (Joyce) of Caldwell. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Guests are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing at all gatherings as required by the state of Ohio.
