She is survived by: her parents, Kasey Perkins and Emilee Perkins of Caldwell; her sister Kenna Marie Perkins; her grandparents, Dave, Rita McKee of Belle Valley, Ken and Robin Perkins of Caldwell; her great-grandparents, Doris McKee of Belle Valley and Peeper Miller of New Philadelphia; her uncle Ethan; and her aunt Marissa McKee of Caldwell. She is also survived by many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
