He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Ruth DeVol McDonald; his father-in-law Fred S. McDonald; his parent S. Army; his children, Lisa (David Loos), Amy (Patrick DiMeo), Molly (Eric Lane) and Matthew McDonald of Cambridge; and his grandchildren, Christian, William, Lee Loos, Joey, Luca DiMeo, Madison and Kyle Lane. He was also cherished by siblings, Fred had many first cousins.
He died from complications of Covid on Monday, September 13, 2021, at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster.
