He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy H. Ramage Sr. and Clara A. Ramage (Walters); his wife Shirley; his siblings, Dorothy, Judy, Caroll, Roy Jr., Kenneth, Arthur, Fred, Jim, Ralph and Robin; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Ramage (Seevers).
He is survived by: his children, Lorraine Ramage, Robin Seevers (Rick), Carlin Ramage of Newport, Dave Ramage (Tattoo Dave) of Newport and Shane Ramage (Angela) of Columbus, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Charity Clutter (Jeremiah), Danielle Thrasher (Brandon), Joshua McCauley, Brandon Seevers (Taylor), Carley, Isabella Ramage, Tyler Ramage (Elizabeth), Becca Ramage, Quinten Graham, Kylie, Alex and Remy Ramage; and his siblings, Martin Ramage of Macksburg and Frances Stark (Virgil) of Coshocton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
