He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Bishop and Ruth Lee Bettinger; and his wife Betty Jo Moore Bishop. He is survived by: his brother Bill Bishop of Harriettsville; his half-siblings, Sue Cunningham of Vincent and Jon Bettinger; and his stepbrother Glen Bettinger of East Union.
