Carla Horn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2019, at the age of 56, Carla Horn (Caldwell, Ohio), born in Marietta, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Dale Phillis and Nancy King Phillis of Dexter City, OH.; her husband Cecil R. Horn; her children, William J. Horn of Caldwell, John E. Horn (Roni) of Pleasant City, OH and Cali Miller (Zachery) of Caldwell; her grandchildren, Acen, Weston, Addison, Leighton, Zoey, Haisley Horn and Braxton Miller; her siblings, Darla Timberlake (Ray) of Lore City, OH and Dale Phillis of Dexter City; and her parents-in-law, Frankie L. Horn of Pataskala, OH and William H. Horn (Carrie) of Belle Valley, OH.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
