He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph William and Ruth Marie McHenry Cunningham; and his siblings, Dorris Reynolds (Bob), Donna Ross (Darlee) and Richard "Ricky" Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Lorena K. Boney; his children, Jennifer M. Cunningham (Greg Baker) of Batesville, Adriane D. Markoff (Robert) of Brooklyn and Boyd W. Cunningham (Kristi) of Claysville; his grandchildren, Lillian Baker, Leo, Walter Markoff, Carter and Kaylee Cunningham; and his siblings, Alice Sue Bradfield of Canton, Sandra Jo Griffin (Larry) of Pennsboro, Jerald Cunningham of St. Marys, Margaret Lynn Sinnett of Harrisville, Lois Gilmore (Gary) of Harrisville, Candice Ross of Harrisville and Nelson Cunningham of Harrisville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
