He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Williams and Pearl Hamilton Williams; and his siblings, Ruby Ewing of Beckley, WV, Bo Williams (Linda) of Lester, WV and John Williams (Frances) of Slab Fork.
He is survived by: his wife Faith C. Fisher Williams; his daughters, Lisa Williams of Georgia and Jennifer Williams of Navarre, OH; and his stepsons, Rocky Grove (Mernee) of Caldwell, Melvin Grove of Palmer, AK, Glen Richard Grove of West Virginia and Doyle Grove of Plainfield, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
