He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Ann Fraley (Green); his children, Ginger Welch (Kenneth) of Angola, Barry Stoy of Fort Wayne, Tina Chavez (Catalina) of Santa Rosa, Nikki Stoy (Jeff Gose) of Orland, Gerald "Lee" Fraley (Lulu) of Waterloo and Todd Fraley of Hamilton; and his brothers, Frank Stoy (Barbara) of Tampa, Lealon Stoy (Renee) of Ashley, David Stoy of Angola and Bobby Stoy (Patsy) of Pleasant Lake.
