He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Carillon and Jean Carillon (Domer); his stepmother Mary Carillon (Fortune); his daughter Shellie Ann Blaisdell (Carillon); and his grandparents, John, Hannah Carillon (Wolgamot), Daniel and Emma Domer (Lowe).
He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Carillon (Kimberly) of Michigan, John Paul Carillon II of Oregon and Shannon Jelks (Demetrius) of Wooster; his siblings, Pam Guster (Dave) of Dalton, Barb Peck (Carl) of Logan, Sharon Mackey (Herb) of Killbuck, Mary Strouse (Steve) of Glenmont, Norma DeWitt of Lakeville, Kathy Snyder (Brad) of Killbuck and Dave Geog of Killbuck; his significant other Fran Taylor of Butler; and also Jennifer Linden of Ashland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
