He was predeceased by: his parents, Len Hosmer and Hilda Hosmer; his brothers, Harry and Roy; his sister-in-law Doris; and his grandson Paul Bucher.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Crain Bucher; his daughter Elizabeth (Laura); his stepsons, Phil Bucher (Susan) and Paul Bucher (Dorothy); his granddaughter Keana Meyer (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Katharine, Elizabeth and Asher Meyer; and his sister-in-law Lois Hosmer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
