He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Simmons and Freda Pyles Simmons; and his brother Phillip. He is survived by: his brothers, Francis Simmons (Dixie) of Wilmington, N. C., Walter Simmons (Robin) of Masury and Frederick Simmons of Grove City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
