She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph A. Frailey and Ethel Bernice Foster Frailey; her husband Clarence E. Beach of Burghill; and her siblings, Beryl Harrington (Norman), Kenneth Frailey (Dorothy) and Frank Frailey (Glenda).
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Gaines (Richard) of Burghill and Ralph Beach (Christine) of Kinsman; her grandchildren, Raymond Gaines (Haleigh) of Cleveland Heights and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Nolan Gaines and Theodore Gaines; and her sister Ann Marie Plaster (John) of Scottsbluff. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
