She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard and Katherine Aldridge, Sr. (Fisher); her husband Ralph A. Horn, Sr.; and her siblings, Kenneth, William, Richard Lee, Donald Eugene, Robert, Howard Aldridge, Jr. and Charlotte Osborne.

She is survived by: her children, Ralph A. Horn, Jr. of Brilliant, OH and Shirley Lynn Horn of Minerva, OH..
