It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June L. Owen of Brilliant, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Brettell and Mary "Ethel" Brettell (Humphrey); her husband William S. "Poppy" Owen; her daughter Vicki Koepp; her grandchildren, Melissa and Owen James Mitchell; and her siblings, Charles, Thomas, Donald Brettell and Betty Brettell.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Owen (LuAnn) of Steubenville, OH and Debbie Petrozzi of Brilliant, OH; her son-in-law Dale Koepp of Amherst, OH; her grandchildren, Jennifer Petrozzi, Courtney Gunter (Shawn) and Jeramey Jarvis (Nicole); and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Gabby, Olivia and Cameron.
