He is survived by: his parents, William E. Sr and Mary Goff Sr. (Foose); his spouse Delma Goff (Matz) of Bridgeport; his children, William E. Goff III (Tara) of Shadyside and Tracey Moore of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Heather Goff, Taylor Goff (Kayla), Cody Moore and Hannah Moore.
