He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. and Margaret Grover (Bain); his wife Patricia Ann Grover (Gatchell); and his siblings, George Grover, Marion King and Marge Sommers.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Grover (Paula) of Tucson, AZ, Bill Grover (Carm) of Wolfhurst and Roy Grover (Josie) of Belmont. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wheeling Soup Kitchen, 1610 Eoff St., Wheeling, WV 26003 in Skip's memory.
