He is survived by: his wife Andrea Ellis McNeil; his mother-in-law Sydnie Ellis; his siblings, Jim McNeil (Sue) of Gambrills, Joe Forrester (Sue) of Wheeling and Mary Lou Rine of Wheeling; and his siblings-in-law, Nora Black (Ron), Rosalie McNeil, Susan Stewart (Dave) and Bill Ellis (Cindi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
