It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Offord of Bridgeport, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Offord and Edith Offord (Henthorne); and his brothers, Raymond, Edward and Samuel Offord.

He is survived by: his close friend Carole Benge; and his sons, Craig Offord (Amy) of North Carolina, David Offord (Irene) of Nevada, Scott Benge (Deborah) of Texas and Justan Benge of Bridgeport.
