He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perko and Creola M. Perko (Covington); his grandson Phillip Michael Kinkus II; and his siblings, Richard Perko and Arleen Matusik.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee James (Thomas); his grandchildren, Lee, Shannon, Katelyn James of Chicago and Melissa Perko; his stepchildren, Vincent, Christopher Atwood (Michelle) and Andrea Atwood Baker; and his siblings, Frank Perko (Mary Ann) of Wheeling, Raymond A. Perko of Lansing, Kathleen DePasquale (Fred) of St. Clairsville and Timothy Perko (Sharon) of Columbus. He is also survived by six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
