He is survived by: his children, Jaynee Capps (Ralph), Judie Melnick, Fred Melnick (Sharon) and Mike Melnick (Bridgette Holler); his siblings, Jerry Melnick and Katherine McGuire; his grandchildren, Phil Sauvageot (Stephanie), Tina Sauvageot and Nicole; and his great grandchildren, P. J., Carson and Roman Sauvageot.
