She is survived by: her child Glioblastoma Multiforme; her parents, Scott II and Lynnette Killy II (Schlabach); and her siblings, Anthony "Scotty", Phineas, Peter, Lila, Mabel and Lucinda Garcia (Luci). She is also survived by her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Because of the current Covid 19 situation facial coverings are required in the funeral home and social distancing is encouraged.

“I was blessed to know Phoebe through my son, Dane. They were in the same grade here in Illinois and I would always tease her that I wanted her to marry Dane so she could be my daughter-in-law. In the short time that I knew Phoebe she would always seem to be full of such joy. When I heard of her passing, I looked up what her name means which is "bringing light".
