He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Ullman and Murl Ullman (Milan); his wife Debbie Ullman (Smith); his brother Glenn Ullman; and his niece Beverly Kester.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Reeves (Danny) of Navarre and Jennifer Shankle (Dana) of Massillon; his granddaughters, Alexis and Alyssa Shankle of Massillon; his brothers, Jim Ullman (Sara) of Rittman and Bill Ullman of Rittman; his nephews, Danny, Jimmy, Brian and David Ullman (Susie); and his niece Amy Hendershot (Danny).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.
