He was predeceased by: his sister Doris. He is survived by: his parents, Ruth Sullivan and Carl Sullivan; his brothers, Don Sullivan and Dick Sullivan (Pat); his wife Jeanne; his children, Beth Sullivan, David Sullivan (Heather) and Aimee Tabellion (Marc); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Donald, Andrew, Emily, Shane, Collin, Austin and Landon; and his great grandchild Carson.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be sent to Cleveland VA, c/o Heroes Harbor Hospice, in his honor.
