He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior B. Shahan and Mary Shahan (Wolfe); and his brother Marvin Shahan. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Shahan (Detwiler); his children, Don Jr. "Jack", Bart "Benny", Mary Jane "Janie", Chrissy Nail "Goose" and Ruth Shahan-Beery (Todd); his grandchildren, Miranda "Grouch", Addison "New Baby", Karissa and Nikolas "Buster"; his siblings, Nancy McGlynn of Washington, Pauline Pancake (Mike) of California, Carl (Donna) and Pete Shahan (Tracy) of Lancaster; his close friend Long; and his former wife Gloria. He is also survived by many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
