He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jr. Frater and Irene M. Frater (Williams). He is survived by: his spouse Alita A. Borger; his daughters, Sarah E. Davis (James) of Bowling Green and Deborah A. Cohen (Derek) of Austin; his grandsons, Aleister Irwin and Leighton Thomas Cohen of Austin, Texas.; his brothers, Dwight Frater of Dunkirk and Keith Frater of Wharton; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Frater of Dunkirk and Ruth Frater of Toledo; his brothers, Robert Frater and Raymond Frater; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Schwartz, Lisa Frater, Diana Frater, Faye Frater and William Schwartz.
Memorial contributions may be given to First United Methodist Church.
