She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Melquist. She is survived by: her mother Rose Marie Peterson (LoPresto) of Falconer; her children, Jon Melquist and Jeanene Melquist of Bowling Green; her grandson Gabriel Placke of Bowling Green; her siblings, Leda Peterson of Jamestown, Phil Peterson and Mark Peterson of Falconer; and her close friend Kathleen DeSantis of Jamestown. She is also survived by family members and dear friends.
