She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Flory and Matilda Flory (Miller); her husband Norman Spitler; her daughter Ann Marie Spitler; her siblings, Elizabeth Chamberlain (Ovid), Lucille Lambert (Merle), Anthon Flory (Mary) and Alice Shroyer (Ivan); and her brother-in-law Eugene E. Lambert.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Merle Lambert; her former husband Eugene E. Lambert; her daughter Tina Ponzi (Larry) of Perrysburg; her stepchildren, Robert, Bill, Jack, Darlene and Marlene; and her caregivers, Theresa, Linda, Alexis, Heather, Alex, Jackie and Baylee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She attended weekly Mass until Covid made that impossible, and then in her elder years enjoyed watching the Sunday morning Mass on TV.
