Pultz; her boyfriend Tom Hayhurst; her children, Crystal Keatley (James Bender) and Josh Keatley; her siblings, Connie Williams (Rick), Amy McMaster (Carl) and Kenneth Fletcher (Brenda); her half-siblings, Stephen Pultz (Cyndi), Tim Pultz (Trish) and Perri Ceravolo; and her grandchildren, Lilly Weible, Sarah, Kayleigh Thomas, Joey, Sherri Wilder, Rose and Arthur. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
