She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Taverner and Viola Taverner (Buchs); and her sons, Michael and Danny. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her daughters, Mary Lynne Doherty (Larry Pepper) and Eileen Doherty-Sil (Rudra Sil); her grandchildren, Analyn Sil, Anna Fleming and Aidan Fleming; and her siblings, Joan Rizzo and William Taverner (Joan Taverner). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Wood County District Public Library.
