She was predeceased by: her father Finis Arnold. She is survived by: her son Jonathan Arnold (Rachel) of Fremont; her granddaughter Penelope; her siblings, Randy Arnold, Roger Peters, Robert Peters, Michael Peters and Michelle Arnold; and her pets, Hazel and Mabel (The Marble).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Deborah's honor to the Wood County Humane Society.
