He is survived by: his wife Donajean Spoerl; his children, Jodi Moughamian (Tim) of Bowling Green, Kathleen Wachholz (John) of Nazareth, Suzanne Johnson (Steve) of Bowling Green and John Eckel (Cyndi) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Mark Moughamian, Nathan Moughamian, Simon Wachholz, Alex Wachholz, Stephanie Johnson, Drew Eckel and Dylan Eckel; and his siblings, Dick Eckel (Pat), Dan Eckel (Chris) and Diana.
Memorial contributions may be given in his memory to St. Aloysius Catholic Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
