She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Potter and Hazel Potter (Hall); and her husband Norman A. Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Mark Jacobs (Janay) of Orange Park, Dawn Jacobs (Paul Robinson) of Bowling Green and Melissa Hart (John) of Thurston; her sister Noreen Graves (Wayne) of Swanton; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Katherine, Jennifer, Raymond, Daniel and Luke. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
