He is survived by: his mother Nancy Rose Mayo (Allgier); his sons, Wade Mayo (Kelsie) and Mason Mayo; his grandchildren, Brody and Kyson; and his siblings, Matthew Mayo (Shay), Todd Mayo (Teresa) and Sharon Wise (Michael).
