She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Bradley Walters and Glenn Hites; her son Larrell Walters; her stepdaughter Brenda Thompson-Mercer; and her siblings, Darrell Cummins, Lowell Cummins and Areva Barnes.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Thompson; her sons, Doug Walters (Shirley) of Pine, Gerald Walters (Michele) of Dunkirk and Dale Hites (Nancy Warnecke) of Leipsic; her daughter-in-law Susan Walters of Troy; her stepchildren, Steve Thompson (Wendy) of Upper Arlington, David Hites (Cheri) of Findlay, Danny Hites (Tonya) of Belle Center and Marsha Cluff of Athens, Ohio; and her sister Wanda Penhorwood of Urbana. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
