He was predeceased by: his parents, David Carn and Mildred Carn (Koons); his wife Nancy L. Simon; and his siblings, Cloyce, James, Clate, Robert, Priscilla Stopplbton and Alice Bartlebaugh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Cartwright of Tiffin and Julie Carn of Bloomville; his grandsons, James Shumway (Vanessa) of Fairborn and Matthew Lamma (Jacey) of Tiffin; his great grandchildren, Brionna and Ethan; his sister Dorothy Perkins of Willowick; and his close friend Marlene Matthews of Tiffin.
