She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed R. Wapshall and Ruth A. Wapshall (Householder); her husband Robert N. Kagy; her daughter Lindsay Kagy; and her brothers, Norman and Merlin Wapshall.
She is survived by: her son Mark E. Kagy (Tina Jakobsky) of Columbus.
