He was predeceased by: his father Edmund "Butch" Frankart; and his sister Mary Tobolt. He is survived by: his mother Lois Frankart (Holman) of Bloomville; his nephews, Derek Tobolt of Sycamore and Darren Tobolt (Rebecca) of Attica; his great-nephews, Mason and Lucas Tobolt; and his brother-in-law Chris Tobolt of Bloomville.
