It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Kwiatkowski of Berea, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Nicole Juliannne; his parents, Sophie Kwiatkowski and Stanley Kwiatkowski; and his sister Dorothy Hovanec. He is survived by: his spouse Dianah; his children, David (Lisa), Jacqueline Faust (late James E.), Patrick (Deb), Rebecca Corrigan and Mary Draves (Michael); his son-in-law Patrick Corrigan; his grandchildren, Nichole Lanasa Schmidt, Nicholas Faust, Thomas Faust, Jon-Wesley J. Carter, Claire Kwiatkowski, Sophie Kwiatkowski, Meredith Corrigan, Liam Corrigan and Zoe Draves; his great grandchildren, Lilly Schmidt, Kaleb Turner, Wyat Turner, Makenna Faust and Madison Faust; and his siblings, Jean Kazlausky and Larry Kwiatkowski.
