He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Terry Holstein and Rita Holstein; his siblings, Lisa Garrett (David) and Michael Holstein (Leigh); and his nieces and nephews, Halle, Jaysen, Kaylee, Raquel, Darlin, Forest, River, Greenley, Meadow, Alexander and Livia.
