She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Ochmann (Jeffery), Karen Polcar (James) and Jill Olesick (Glenn); her grandchildren, Timothy Ochmann (Natalie), Kristyn Hajduk, Kirk Olesick (Mary), Jeremy Polcar (Sarah) and Christopher Polcar (Caprina); her great grandchildren, Eleeana, Mateo, Quinn, Lila, Leopold and Waylon; and her siblings, Charles Smith (Patricia), Charlotte Hodge (Richard) and Diana Gannett (Dennis).
