He is survived by: his wife Patsy Bell; his son Billy Bell Jr. (Lisa); his siblings, Bobby Bell (Sharon), Loretta Bayer and Betty Bell Beck; his grandchildren, Justin Edwards (Jenna), Ryan Edwards (Alexuss), Brittany Bell, Kayla Bell, Destiny Butler (Jacob) and Mariah Miller (Adam); and his friend Randy Schofield. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
