She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kelley and Daisy Kelley (Riley); her husband Harold; her daughter Ellen Dawn Workman; and her siblings, William Kelley and Lois Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Sherrie Moore (Eric) of Beloit and William Hayden (Cindy) of Venice, FL.; and her sister Hazel Hildebrand of Lakeland, FL.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in Jessie's name to Aultman Alliance Hospice, 2461 W. State St. Alliance, Ohio 44601.
