It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Gene Carrel of Belmont, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harold and Jacqueline L. Hays Carrel; his wife Connie M. Seese Carrel; and his sister Sonseeahray Tucker. He is survived by: his children, Renee Carr (Butch) of Rittman, OH., Leslie Cooper of Bethesda, OH., Kenneth Carrel (Mary) of Warnock, OH., Kimberly Ostrander of Shadyside, OH and Zachery Carrel (Morgan) of Flushing. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
