He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fogle and Helen Fogle; and his nephew Brad Frohnapfel. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Fogle (Frohnapfel); his daughters, Wendy Hanasky (Larry) of Belmont, OH and Karen Mamone (Michael) of St. Clairsville, OH; his grandchildren, Madie Fogle, Taylor Fogle, Kyle Fogle, Sloan Hanasky, Landen Hanasky, Quinn Mamone and Aliyah Mamone; his brothers, Pat Varner (Dawn) of Flushing, OH and Dave Maguire (Barb) of Martins Ferry; his nephews, Jason Shane (Gina) and Kellen Shane; and his niece Carrie Frohnapfel (Shawn).
Due to Covid-19, a private celebration of his life will be held by his family.
