It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Fraley of Belmont, Ohio, born in Flushing, Ohio, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Staggs and Dorothy Staggs (Fort); her husband Edison Fraley; her brother William Staggs; and her great grandchild Levi Ogilbee.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Brudzinski (Walter) of Lafferty, Mark Fraley (Carolyn) of Bethesda and Darrell Fraley (Marianne) of Belmont; and her grandchildren, Amy, Brian, Eric, Danny, Kristen, Devin and Mallory.
