It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Craig Shumaker of Bellville, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Curtis Shumaker and Wanetta Shumaker (Rinehart); his wife Nora Fellure of Bellville; his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Adam; his grandchildren, Paige Oswalt, Shelby Oswalt and Ella; and his sisters, Diana Nidiffer of Pennsylvania, Brenda Hood and Sharon Hazen.
