She is survived by: her former husbands, Matthew Pentz and Douglas Keppler; her daughters, Judith Pentz, Gabrielle Pentz Ryan, Andrea Mathwich and Mimie Vahue; her granddaughter Danielle; and her daughter Nicole Pentz. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Resurrection Parish or The Nicole Pentz Memorial Scholarship Fund may be made through the funeral home.
